Flared Gown by AFahrbach Flared Gown by AFahrbach
This one was an order. The costumer wanted something for her wedding she could wear later to markets and stuff. It should have a high waist and large sleeves. And a nice neckline. And it should be in dark red and blue.

She's extremely happy with it :)

I used the flared gown from medieval tailor as a guideline for the outer garment but added a few touches of my own. The red gown is just a simple tunic style.

Fantastic work! The details are lovely and the color combination is gorgeous. I think the burgundian style is nice for something a bit simplier to move around in and enjoy the rest of the day; good choice!

Thanks.

Burgundian Style can be very elaborate but this one was ment to be rather simple as the wedding was in rather casual setting.

Beautiful dress. im always fascinated in how they walked in huge and long dresses like that and kept them clean from dragging in the filthy streets.
Ive been making huge long pants myself if your interested in looking?

I bought it many month ago and finally it came in handy for this gown. Sadly enough I can't get any more of it.
